This activity is only available in italian

Screening of the film  Bicentennial Man (1999) directed by Chris Columbus. A film with Sam Neill, Robin Williams, Embeth Davidtz, Oliver Platt, Wendy Crewson, Kiersten Warren

Guests of the evening: Chiara Schettino (Co Founder and CEO Rosso) and Alessandro Maiocchi Innovation Hub Director of the Bracco Group.

The screening of “ Bicentennial Man” will guide us through a profoundly human story, in which identity, technology and emotions are intertwined in the long transformation of a robot that aspires to become a person.

Chris Columbus' film, masterfully played by Robin Williams, opens an intense reflection on the meaning of humanity, on the boundaries of artificial intelligence and on the increasingly blurred relationship between human beings and machines. The evening will also allow us to shed light on longevity and on how much science and technology can extend our lives.

The dialogue with Chiara Schettino (Co-Founder and CEO of Rosso) and Alessandro Maiocchi (Innovation Hub Director of the Bracco Group) will offer an opportunity to explore how innovation, medicine and emerging technologies are redefining the concept of care, autonomy and quality of life, bringing highly topical ethical and social issues to the center of the debate.

The evening will conclude with a debate open to the public, invited to intervene with questions, comments and reflections.
