Artificial intelligence is entering a new phase: the agentic one, made up of systems that are not limited to analyzing data, but are able to make decisions, carry out activities independently and collaborate with people.
During the workshop organized by BCG, we will understand what AI agents really are, how they work and why they are already becoming an integral part of the teams of many companies. Through concrete examples, we will see how this technology can change the way we work, make decisions and interact with digital systems, opening up new opportunities but also new challenges.
