There is a fact that often goes unnoticed: we are living six years longer than we did twenty years ago, yet we gain only four years of healthy life. On average, we spend the remaining years in less-than-optimal health. This is not a matter of luck, but rather of choices and information.
In the upcoming workshop hosted by Boston Consulting Group (BCG), we will discuss longevity not as a passing trend, but as a tangible choice built over time by integrating health, protection, and planning. We will explore why prevention yields returns of up to twenty times the initial investment—despite accounting for less than 5% of global healthcare spending—and why, even though almost everyone claims to be taking steps toward healthy aging, very few do so with true awareness.
