  • Do you prefer to keep fit?
    We do too! And we have some good news: our area is served by bicycle lanes and a bikeMi station. So, you can get there safely by bicycle, scooter or even on foot. 
  • Getting here by public transport?
    A few options are available for getting to us:
    Autobus 65 - Fermata l.go Isarco (Fondazione Prada) - 4 minutes
    Autobus 34 - Fermata v.le Ortles v. Orobia - 7 minutes
    Tram 24 - Fermata v. Ripamonti v. Lorenzini - 8 minutes
    Metro M3 (Gialla) - Fermata Lodi TIBB M3 - 15 minutes

    We have several options for you:

  • Coming by car?
    Great! At the weekend, we have free parking for you for the time of your visit. The entrance is at Via Adamello, 7. And on other days, you will find lots of blue-lined parking areas. Check out ATM Milan for more information. We advise you to go through the Corvetto/Tangenziale EST junction. 
  • Do you have an electric or hybrid vehicle?
    There are two Becharge charging stations for you right next to STEP on Via Orobia.

FAQ
How long does the visit last?

The visit is held in groups (maximum 14 people) at scheduled times, starting at 9:45 a.m. during weekdays and at 10.00 a.m. during weekends.
The visit takes about one hour. 

Do I need to book ahead?

Yes, you need to buy your ticket in  our Webshop or directly at the STEP ticket office, for the date and time you would like to visit. If you are eligible for a discounted rate, select the discount that applies.

Groups and school groups may book and purchase tickets through the call center at  +39 02 33 020 088 or by writing to info@steptothefuture.it.

Is STEP accessible to people with disabilities?

All areas of STEP are easily accessible to visitors with impaired mobility.
All video installations have subtitles for the hearing impaired.
STEP does not currently have tactile paths for the blind.

May I bring my pet?

Animals are not permitted inside, with the exception of certified guide and service dogs.

Is there somewhere to leave bags and backpacks?

To ensure the best possible experience, it is not possible to enter STEP with bulky luggage. You can leave luggage or other bulky items in the lockers located at the entrance or by asking reception for assistance.
