Jacopo Sabba Capetta is an Innovation Manager and designer of collaborative processes. He works with organisations that want to navigate change without leaving people behind. He combines artificial intelligence with human intelligence — convinced that the most useful technology is that which enhances what you can already do, not that which replaces it. He is the author of *Il caffè caldo* (Tab Edizioni, 2026).
